My Journey

I grew up on a farm in southwestern Ontario, where hard work was part of everyday life.

That upbringing taught me responsibility, resilience, and the importance of community, values that still guide how I train and lead today.

My wife and I now live in the beautiful Blue Mountains with our three
amazing kids, and when we’re not hiking or cycling, we’re exploring local markets, festivals, and everything Southern Georgian Bay has to offer.

We also love to travel and experience new cultures as a family—it keeps us curious, grounded, and connected.

All of these experiences, from farm life to family life to international travel, shape the way I approach sales training: practical, people first, and built on real world values.
