About Me

I’ve spent the last 20+ years with two of Canada’s leading national residential HVAC service companies. I spent most of my career as a National Sales Trainer and a Director of Sales Effectiveness. I have been helping HVAC sales and technician teams across Canada reach their full potential through ongoing coaching, building effective training, and developing their leaders. I’ve led national sales training programs, successfully launched new products, and developed teams that hit record numbers.


At the end of the day, what I love most is helping people grow. Now I work directly with contractors and HVAC businesses who want practical effective sales training for their sales advisors and technicians. My Journey

I grew up on a farm in southwestern Ontario, where hard work was part of everyday life. That upbringing taught me responsibility, resilience, and the importance of community, values that still guide how I train and lead today. My wife, Kat, and I now live in the beautiful Blue Mountains with our three
amazing kids, and when we’re not skiing, hiking, or cycling, we’re exploring local markets, festivals, and everything Southern Georgian Bay has to offer. We also love to travel and experience new cultures as a family—it keeps us curious, grounded, and connected. All of these experiences, from farm life to family life to international travel, shape the way I approach sales training: practical, people first, and built on real world values.
